– The order was placed by mistake and work has not yet started

3. Partial Refunds
If part of the work has already been completed, a partial refund may be issued depending on the amount of work already done and the situation.
4. When Refunds Cannot Be Issued
Refunds may not be available if:
– The service has been fully delivered and approved
– The client becomes unavailable and does not provide necessary information for more than 14 days
– The request is made long after delivery without clear justification
