issue quickly and fairly. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may
be issued and how you can request one.
2. Eligibility for RefundsRefunds may be granted in the following cases:
– The service was not delivered
– The delivered work clearly does not match the description of the service purchased
– A technical or communication issue prevented the completion of the service
– The client is dissatisfied with the initial draft and requests a refund before the final version is delivered
– The order was placed by mistake and work has not yet started
We aim to approach each case individually and fairly.
3. Partial RefundsIf
part of the work has already been completed, a partial refund may be
issued depending on the amount of work already done and the situation.
4. When Refunds Cannot Be IssuedRefunds may not be available if:
– The service has been fully delivered and approved
– The client becomes unavailable and does not provide necessary information for more than 14 days
– The request is made long after delivery without clear justification
